It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly, as the terms applicable to them will be those in effect at the time of use or contract agreement. In order to make a valid purchase, the user must be 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Any false or fraudulent orders will not be tolerated and may result in legal action being taken.

By using this website, the user consents to the processing of such information and contact details and declares that all information or contact details provided are true and accurate. The website is intended for the sole purpose of making legitimate inquiries or purchases and should not be used for any other intentions.

DELIVERY PROCESS
Regarding the availability of our services, the delivery service for products offered on this website is available worldwide. To place an order, the user must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Authorize Payment." Once the order is processed, the user will receive an email confirming their order, referred to as the "Order Confirmation." The user will also receive an email when the order has been shipped.
In terms of delivery, a fixed charge of €14 will be applied to the customer for orders up to €200. Orders are delivered by carriers 2 days after receipt of the shipping email sent by the seller. Once the parcel has been dispatched and the dispatch email has been sent to the customer, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. In the event that the customer made an error in their options selection, the sum due will be offered in the form of a credit note that can be used on the site within a period of two to three months.
The prices of the products present on the website are subject to change without notice.
REFUND POLICY
In accordance with current legislation, consumers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange, credit note, or refund. The customer must bear the cost of returning the package to the return center and must contact customer service for the return address.
In the event of an error made by the customer when placing an order, customer service can be contacted to rectify the order form. Personalized products will not be returned or exchanged. In the case of a tiered promotion on the website, if the customer returns an item, the refund will be calculated based on the discount level at the time of purchase minus the difference in price of the other products.
Digital gift cards are non-refundable but can be subject to a credit note. To receive a full refund or credit note, the package must be returned in its entirety, including any accessories offered.
The refunded amounts will include the price of the returned products as well as the shipping costs if the refund applies to the entire order. The refund period is 30 days from receipt of the returned products, and the customer will be reimbursed through the original payment method. All returns must be complete, including packaging and accessories, and the returned products must not be soiled or damaged.
Customers have up to 5 days after the expected date of receipt to make a claim for late, incomplete or damaged orders to France or Spain, and 10 days for undelivered orders. For other countries, the claim can be made within 21 days. The customer will be notified of the approval of the claim within one working day, and refunds by bank transfer or reshipment of a product will be made within 8 days after approval.
In the event of a late delivery, the customer should contact customer service within 30 days of the dispatch of their package to request a refund or redelivery. The customer agrees not to take any legal action against the site or its publisher and waives the right to cancel the sale in such cases.
